My GSXR 1100

This is an old photo of my '86 GSXR 1100. I was the third owner. It was looking pretty abused and neglected when I bought it, so the first thing I did was take it apart and scrub every tiny piece! I've polished all the aluminum and I bridged the swing arm. I've also added a lot of high performance parts and had some engine mods done.

My 3rd major re-do of the bike, which included adding Sharkskinz™ body work and reworking the swingarm and frame again, was completed and the bike was been repainted in a basic white.

At that point, I began to lose interest and I subsequently sold the bike to someone in south Florida. Last I heard, he was in the process of giving it a custom paint job and adding his own personal touches.

The day I took the bike to Sharkskinz™ to be fitted for bodywork. Sad looking, isn't it?

This is a photo of the bike with the new bodywork set in place, the day I picked it up from Sharkskinz™. I had taken the bike down to them to have some additional custom modifications made to the bodywork. More work was done before it finally went to be painted.
